  • With heavy hunger or if constipation occurs an hour before bedtime, you can drink 1 cup of low kefir;
  • It is better not to cook buckwheat, but evaporate without adding salt, spices, milk, oil and sauces;
  • In addition to water, you can drink cheese tea with unsaturated green leaves.

If you feel mistreat, headaches or lethargy during a diet of buckwheat, then you can cook and drink the other decoction - mix 200 g of water from 1/2 tsp.Heart such a "lemonade" will ensure glucose intake in the body, but will not slow down the weight loss process.

  • Buckwheat porridge plus kefir -on the day you eat 200 g of buckwheat and you can drink kefir, no more than half a liter, eat buckwheat in the main meals and drink kefir between them and one hour before bedtime;
  • Buckwheat porridge with dried fruit. One day it was allowed to eat 200-300 g of buckwheat, which was previously insisted on the consistency of the porridge with the addition of 150 g of dried fruits.Such a porridge should be evenly divided into all foods.And again - do not eat 5 hours before bedtime.

How to exit after a buckwheat diet

When the buckwheat diet is over, you need to return to ordinary food without problems.Add new products should be gradually, in the first week it is advisable to eat low -retail foods rich in protein and cook steam dishes or in the oven.The fried, salty and sharp dishes are unacceptable in the first week after removing the buckwheat diet, as during the monodite the body took a little salt, and should be added slightly to food, gradually increasing to the usual level of salt.It is also not necessary to rely on flour products and sweets, let's just say dark chocolate in small quantities.

Make your diet for the next two weeks after the diet of buckwheat from protein -rich dietary dishes, add a little carbohydrates, in the form of vegetables and fruits, low dairy products and cheeses are also allowed.At the end of the second week, you can add some fat products to the diet (butter, nuts, avocados, fatty fish, etc.).But if you do not want the weight to return, then the diet should be substantially reviewed and becomes healthier. 

"Harmful" field products for the figure (fast food, sweet soda, mayonnaise, sweets and semi -finished industrial products, etc.), it is best to return to your diet.Otherwise, very soon there will be a need for a diet of buckwheat again.

Beware, there are contraindications!

Since sugar and salt are completely excluded in the buckwheat, headaches may occur or blood pressure may occur.A sharp lack of glucose can lead to a decrease in brain performance.Therefore, you may experience wrongdoing, note that you have become scattered and oblivious.
